Phone/Mail/Fax: You may also call the order in under (800) 768-0202 or (513) 961-7169. We can take your credit card information over the phone. For mail orders we take cashier’s checks or money order. You may also email us your order.

Upon successful completion, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 – 4 days (Please allow additional time for weekends and holidays).

If you order a product that is currently out of stock or backordered, you will receive an e-mail to let you know.

Bright Green Ideas can exchange defective items only if they exhibit a manufacturer defect within 21 days from the date of purchase. Bright Green Ideas considers an item defective if it is flawed concerning workmanship or materials, not due to improper handling or fit. A copy of an original Bright Green Ideas receipt will be required to show proof of purchase.

Bright Green Ideas wants your complete satisfaction on every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item along with a copy of the invoice for refund within 10 days.

Please e-mail us first at renate@brightgreenideas.com with the following information requesting an exchange or store credit:

2. 2.Product number and/or name
3. 3.Reason for return
4. 4.Type of return (exchange, replacement, store credit or refund)

We will reply via e-mail with a return address and a Return material Authorization number (RMA#), which must be issued prior to BrightGreenIdeas accepting any returns.

1. 1.Include the original packing slip, copy of the receipt exchange and the RMA#.
2. 2.Please make sure that the package is securely wrapped.
3. 3.We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility.
